Why I’m not getting pregnant

In 2020 January i got married, now my husband and I planing a baby in this month, my symptoms are all pregnancy type but i have my periods today it’s very stressful

If I've read this correctly, this is your first month TTC. Truth is, it might not happen your first month, or your second or even sixth or tenth. While some people are incredibly lucky and fall pregnant on their first cycle, for most people it's a longer process than that. 
There are things that you can do to increase your chances such as using OPKs and tracking BBT. You can also try conception vitamins and fertility lube, which are all said to help. 
I'll also add that our bodies can be cruel. The 'pregancy' symptoms you're experiencing are all normal in any cycle (pregnant or not!) and are due to the rise in progesterone after ovulation.

Don’t try to symptom spot you’ll go crazy. When I was pregnant I never noticed symptoms just took the test. But other times I swore had all the symptoms I was not.

It can take up to a year of actively trying to fall pregnant without fertility issues
Pms and pregnancy symptoms are the same early on as they’re both caused by the same hormone
