Cycle day 23
Woke up this morning to light spotting and mild cramping. I haven’t had anymore spotting during the day but had mild cramps for a few hours this morning. I’ve experienced cramps at random times in my cycle but never spotting unless it was a day or so before my period. I usually have a 28-31 day cycle (more often 28 day cycles lately). Anyone ever experienced this?

Anything with a sensitivity of 10 miu is considered sensitive (most non-early detection tests have 25 miu) . I've been using One Step test strips from Amazon but CB is probably the most reliable brand right now. FRER have a sensitivity of 6.5 miu, I believe, but they are so unreliable when testing early (lots of people have got like pink lines, even when not pregnant). Therefore, I wouldn't actually recommend using their test until at least 5-6 DPI or it might leave you with more questions than answers!! Lots of look and baby dust! Thank you for your comment! That’s what I was wondering too but I wasn’t sure 😬 what is the most sensitive/recommended test? I’ve been told conflicting info on which test to use.
Update: I have been having mild cramps on and off since Monday. Plus fatigue and some lightheaded/dizzy spells. I tested this morning and it was negative. I’m praying it’s still just too early though 🤞🏻♥️ I’ve never started cramping this long before the start of a cycle so I’m praying this is a good sign!!
