Help please ladies

3 days ago after doc examined my lower abdomen pressing really hard on it testing for pain.. a day after I started having pink discharge for 2 days which stop and came over n over only when I wipe though, nothing on my panty nor liners. Then Sunday it become red oy when wipe a small clot came out really smaller then after it's back to red/ pink only when wipe. I am suppose to be 5 to 6 weeks now I went to my obgyn he did an ultrasound but only saw the yolk sac nothing else . He stated that he couldn't see properly because it is a low lying pregnancy which means it implanted near my cervix. He stated that it was a threatened miscarriage and I should come back in 2 weeks time.. for now and before no bleeding on anything only when wipe. Please ladies what are you views. Also hcg is still good/symptoms except nausea and vomiting
