little background. i have very irregular periods and pcos. i started seeing a fertility specialist this spring and june i took letrozole 5mg for 5 days and ended up not getting pregnant. i went july not medicated and got my period in my own for the first time in almost 6 months but was only 5 days long. these showed up within 10 minutes, but how likely is it a false positive?
