No. Once you have confirmed pregancy, you don't calculate from the conception date but your last period. So by the time you find out, you're already 3-4 weeks pregnant (which is 1-2 weeks after conception and around 4 weeks since your last period). Therefore the first two weeks of 'pregancy' is the lead up to ovulation and week 3/4 is when the egg is released and, if fertilised, implants. You're not technically pregnant until implantation occurs.

week 2 is actually ovulation week 1 is the week after the start of your period so technically the week of your period does not count as a week in all actuality

Weeks 1-2 are your period and ovulation. So if you took a test and it said 1-2 weeks pregnant it actually means you're 3-4 weeks pregnant
