not sure
Okay, so in June I had a chemical pregnancy followed by a three day “period”, in July we didn’t really bd at all, because I was way too upset. However, we got married the last week of July and on our HM & ever since we’ve been having regular bd. I had a normal 4 day period at the end of July. Very little PMS— nothing like this month. I ovulated on the 11-12th, I track with test strips. We did not BD on ovulation day but did the two days before and the day after. I’ve started having some of the same symptoms I had in June. I got my first positive 10 DPO in June and I’m at either 5 DPO or 6 DPO. I went back and at 5 DPO previously was when I started having symptoms that got worse and ultimately lasted until after the chemical pregnancy and then a week or so after while my hormones went back to normal. With that being said I know it’s too early to test and possibly to early for implantation/true pregnancy symptoms. And it may just be PMS symptoms from progesterone… but I normally do not have PMS symptoms. The last time I did feel like this was right before my chemical pregnancy . I’m probably symptom spotting, but I can’t decide when the best time to test will be?
The symptoms I’ve been having are sore swelling boobs, with blue veins visible, the breast tissue feels more firm/lumpy this started today, but not lumps. I’ve had fibroadenomas and it’s not similar to a tumor feeling. This happened in June and I had my breasts checked for tumors then, it’s just the breast tissue and they said it was due to the pregnancy hormones. I woke up slightly nauseous— but I also worked 16 hours yesterday with little sleep so I’ve wrote that off for right now just to a lack of sleep… I’ve also had really light cramping and a few twinges.
I’m thinking I should wait until missed period, because I’m not sure I want to know if I had another chemical pregnancy. It broke my heart way too much, to be that close but so far at the same time. But another part of me thinks I should test around the same time I got a positive last time, so I can make an appointment for bloodwork to make sure it’s not a hormonal problem that could be fixed? Does anyone have any advice on this? They’ve tested me previously for endometriosis and PCOS. I have neither.
I’m just impatient and unsure what’s best for me to do. I know it’s probably nothing right now, but I’m a definitely trying to symptom spot & I know I shouldn’t. Any and all advice is welcomed!
