It all depends on when you ovulate and when implantation happens: some people didn’t get a positive till later because they misjudged their ovulation or have other medical reasons
Who here didn’t test positive on a pregnancy test until way later?
I’m TTC for my first. My mother said she didn’t test positive for any pregnancy tests till she went to the doctor. I’m wondering if I’m the same. I’m 11 dpo and I’m not showing up positive yet. I get blood tested on Friday so I know that’ll be the answer but the anticipation is just killing me. Could I be possible that I don’t test positive with an at home test until after my missed AF?

Also, you can not show up positive on a test early on but be positive with blood work

No bbt here! It never worked for me. I’m getting blood work because that is what the fertility clinic does at 13/14 days past my IUI.

Also if it’s not showing yet then you aren’t pregnant yet. Why go get blood work done if you don’t have a clear positive on a test.
I didn’t show positive until after 3 months with my second. I tested 2 times a month because I don’t get regular periods. I finally got a positive and a week later I had an ultrasound and I was getting close to 4 months already.I had taken at 6-8 test that all came out negative. Every test after the first positive said positive so it wasn’t faulty tests, I just wasn’t showing enoug HCG I guess.

I didn’t get a postive pregnancy test till a month later because I have a irregular period I can never pin when I actually ovulated or when my next period just cuss u take a test on your period and it’s a negative does not mean your not pregnant blood work is definitely accurate and it could be because it’s too early and the hcg levels are way to low I didn’t find out I was pregnant till2 months later I want to the hospital and everything and they told me I wasn’t pregnant till I want back and got it done again and I was pregnant so don’t believe people when they say ur not pregnant because you took a test on your missed period that don’t mean anything even if it’s a negative test that don’t mean your pregnant pregnancy is tricky
Usually tests become pretty accurate when your period is due. So if your period is late and still no positive, you’re either not pregnant or misjudged ovulation most likely

Okay u ovulate right after your cycle comes off 2 weeks later that should be around the time when your next cycle comes on I wasn’t haven’t sex until my next cycle was coming on because I didn’t want to take no chances on getting pregnant but I wind up getting pregnant anyways before my next cycle came on 2 months want by and I still didn’t get my cycle so that means I was pregnant but my hcg level was too low because when I found out my gestation weeks I was literally 8 weeks pregnant that means I been was pregnant

You were off on your ovulation timing, thats why. It doesn't change the biological timeline. You just had uncorrect information.

This is not always true I was pregnant and I took a test after my cycle was supposed to come on and it was a negative it wasn’t till 2 months later till I found out I never took a test after my period was suppose to come on and I still didn’t get a postive everybody body operates different!
