Hey ladies, this is long so I apologize.

Last week I went in for my first ultrasound based on lmp I would have been 11 weeks but due to the fact I had a miscarriage the month before that one my periods possibly were irregular.

Anyways when I went for ultrasound there was 100% nothing in gestational sac so we assumed embryo never developed so we did a repeat ultrasound sound this week to confirm.

But this week at repeat ultrasound there was a full on embryo..no heartbeat so saying it’s a miscarriage.

My question, how in the world was it not seen last week but this week? It was taking up a good portion of the sack this week and was about the 7-8 week measurement. So how would that have been hidden last week.

Has anybody had this and then baby was actually fine?

My instinct/mind is telling me not to take the cytotec to induce the miscarriage process because I feel like something isnt right.
