Drinking fertility smoothies
I read online that pineapple and sweet potatoes were super foods when it comes to fertility along with fresh berries. So, I decided to make a smoothie using fresh pineapple chunks, raw sweet potatoes, banana, strawberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and milk. I've been drinking them for three days now. I plan to drink it for the foreseeable future once or twice per day. I'm supposed to start my cycle on 9/4. Fingers crossed..
