pregnancy scare PLEASE HELP!!

me and my bf have had a condom break on us recently and it was about a couple seconds before we found out the condom broke and of course the condom had pre cum in it but only a little and the same day i took a plan b but now 22 days later i’m bleeding like this but i’m not sure if this is old blood cause he did finger me last night, and it’s happened before when he’s fingered me like sometimes i bleed, i’m scared that this is implantation bleeding and i can’t get pregnant, please help
