Bleeding

Ello, I was wondering if anyone would know what could be causing this.

Last month I stopped taking my pill (desogestrel) about two weeks after I stopped I started taking it again, I bled for about 7 days ranging from light to heavy, enough to have to wear a pad, i stopped taking my pill whilst I was bleeding and planned to start again when the bleeding has stopped, I then started taking my pill again about a day or two after i stopped bleeding, 8 days after I stopped bleeding I started again lightly but quite dark red blood, I’m quite crampy too but I’m not entirely sure why it’s happening, I don’t really want to ask my doctor as I don’t want her to know I stopped my pill in the first place, I wondered if anyone would have any insight?
