Help is my progesterone good or not?

I did blood work of my hcg and progesterone at 3 weeks 5days and at 6 weeks 5 days everything looks good with my hcg I think but I don’t know about my progesterone does it usually go down that much is that normal can any one tell me if they look good I have an appointment with my doctor next month I was wondering do I need to be worry or is normal? It gets me thinking now I been spotting brown on time a day but it’s only when I wipe it’s not much and it’s very 3 days that happens can it be my progesterone or is that normal too? That started when I was 5 weeks
