my sister recently got diagnosed with bipolar disorder, she made our life miserable she won't take her medication, she screams at us, curses us, fights, cries, all in a period of 2 hours!

i'm 18 and i don't know how to deal with living in house like that!

moving out isn't an option because i live in iraq and it's not acceptable to move out before marriage.

so has anyone else been through this? how did you deal with it? it's really hard for me i don't think i can handle it anymore.

should we hospitalize her?
