Armpit pain?

So I’ve been getting this pinching pain in my armpit and it’s never happened before. It’s painfulllllllll ☹️ am I the only one? Does anyone know what it is or could be?

Pain is your body‘s way of telling you something is wrong, you could have swollen lymph nodes, could be a number of things please go and get checked out, it could be a pulled muscle, it could be a number of things but I would definitely go and get checked out
