Flat nipples and breastfeeding

Any advice on how to feed a 2 week old from the breast with flat nipples? I started using a pump right away because she wasn’t eating enough, now she’s two weeks and I really wish I could breast feed. Even after pumping I’ll try because my nipples stick out a little bit she latches, sucks two or three times and realizes it’s not a bottle and gives a dirty look and stops trying. It’s honestly sad because I want her to have that bond with me. Any advice on how to get a baby to breastfeed with flat nipples once she’s already gotten use to the bottle?
