Cycle day 41 no period

I am on cycle day 41 and no signs of my period besides cramping throughout the day.

I am very regular 28-30 day cycles.

I’ve taken pregnancy tests and all negative. I had period symptoms the week I was suppose to start. Had cramping the day I started. 3 days later I spotted just a tad. And nothing from then on. I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago. Was negative. Still cramping throughout the day. Cervix is super high and closed. And I’m wetter than usual.

I’m sure this is normal to have a late period randomly. But I can’t get into my doctor until august 30th.

Just need some worlds of encouragement. Or women with similar stories.

Has anyone every been pregnant and it doesn’t show up on at home test? Just blood work?
