Cervix prolapsed during childbirth???

Has anyone had their cervix prolapse after having their baby?? My son wasn't big but he came out super fast so I'm thinking that's why it happened. My midwife told me to do kegels but I'm already 4 weeks PP and it hasn't gotten any better only worse. Has anyone had this issue? How did you fix it?? I'm only 23 and this was my second baby.
