Double belly piercing

So I have my belly button pierced top and bottom, I’ve attached a photo of what I mean.

How do I work around this while pregnant? 😂 I know you can get pregnancy bars, but can I use 2 or will they get tangled etc? I don’t really want to take them out as I took them out with my last pregnancy almost 3 years ago, but never put them back in as I thought I was over it. But I missed having them so got them redone about a year ago and it was so painful, so I kind of don’t want to go through that again. Or is it just time to say goodbye to them forever 😂

Any advice welcome please
