Ewcm help

I wiped and had way more egg white discharge than I ever had before. I am 4 dpo. Couldn't that mean I'm pregnant? I'm also extremely thirsty like I can't get enough water and it has to be ice cold. Last but not least I'm constantly tired. Any thought?
