2nd Pregnancy

I am so excited about this and nervous for my toddlers little life to change. I have PCOS and we have been trying for our second for nearly 2 years. My first just turned 3 in May. And we even were doing medicated cycles for 5 months, but I didnt take the medication last month because we were moving states and I didnt want the added stress of having to test for ovulation and all that.

But I ended up having a natural period. And I guess we just happen to get it right.
