Ovu tests!?

Please can someone tell me the right way to take ovu tests, I occasionally took them around the time my ovu was due (according to app) now I’m seeing you need to do 2 a day thought the whole cycle.. 🙈

I started at day 8 or two days after my period since I usually ovulated earlier in my cycle. Took one a day until the line started to get noticeably darker and then two a day until I could confirm peak. Best time to take them is around 12pm-8pm.

2 days after your period 2 times a day between 11am and 8pm. If you want more accuracy add bbt to confirm ovulation. Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo
