TTC 2nd month TMI

First time I’ve ever taken ovulation tests, was taking 2 a day for 9 days straight finally yesterday and today got positive tests for ovulation. Had sex yesterday and the day before. Haven’t had sex today because we’ve been under a lot of stress and I’ve felt sick today. Will this potentially ruin my chances? Do we need to do it tonight? So new to this I honestly don’t know anything about it yet.
