Pain after sex

I’m 9+4 today but after my hubby and I had sex about 4-5 days ago my uterus is super achy. Like when I sneeze, cough, or push to pee my pelvic floor hurts. Has anyone experienced this? Normal? Sex is off limits for now 😫 I worry about every little thing.
