Constant wet feeling? 34w1d pregnant

The past few days I’ve been having a constant wet feeling & TMI when I stick my finger down there my whole finger is wet (not inside of me)

Just on the outside.

I had an ultrasound at 32w4d & everything looked perfect & just had an NST at 33w6d & baby obviously passed

Should I be concerned?

I notice I’m REALLY wet down there when I’m doing strenuous stuff. like deep cleaning for example. I go back for another NST on Wednesday.
