I have a question regarding a lease
So my S/O got land and a mobile home under his name with his dad being the cosigner, we do not live there, he got it because he has a social#. He found out his parents are 3 months behind on rent, so his credit score is going down. Does someone know if there’s a way he can get his name out of the lease so it stops affecting him? Or what else can he do? TIA.
