10weeks 3days - Spotting

Would love to hear some success stories right now to calm my nerves.

Woke up this morning with a slight bleed when I wiped and the smallest amount of blood on my nickers half an hour later.

Called my OB and we went in for an emergency scan everything seemed okay heart beat was 166 and apparently everything seemed fine.

My OB mentioned that it could have been a vessel bursting?

I have been a nervous wreck all day.

Has anyone else had this and gone into having a healthy pregnancy?
