hi, I took a pregnancy test and it came out Positive, I went to the Gynecologist and nothing was seen on the ultrasound, I did a Beta HCG blood test, the result is 28.81 MUI/ML and this morning I took a pregnancy test again , Positive. what does it mean

hi, I took a pregnancy test and it came out Positive, I went to the Gynecologist and nothing was seen on the ultrasound, I did a Beta HCG blood test, the result is 28.81 MUI/ML and this morning I took a pregnancy test again , Positive. what does it mean? Has anyone else experienced this?
