Confused & in shock….

So back story: LMP was July 5th. Took pregnancy test august 7th and it was clearly negative. I had what I thought was a period august 11-17. And on August 19th I had multiple DARK pregnancy tests. So confused because I just had bleeding like a period.. I got in with my OB asap (which was today). He did an ultrasound and said my sac measured 4.5-5weeks but didn’t see anything inside yet but that was normal if I was actually that far along. Hard to pinpoint my cycle because it was an unusual one! My HCG levels were 7000+ and my progesterone was 11 something.

I Am really just in the waiting game until next Monday when I get another ultrasound & more blood work done.

The only note really my doctor said over the phone when I got my results was that the HCG numbers were high for the size of the sac. Not sure what to think or what I should expect…

Does this sound like good news or bad news to you? Just looking for some reassurance or just give it to me straight!!
