How do I get my Ovulation Day to stay put?

i for sure know i ovulated on the 13th (OPKs and bbt) but since my luteal phase is shorter, when i start my period it bumps up my ovulation date. Anyone know how to get it to stay put?

It should not change your ov date if you put a positive opk on the calendar. So if your ov day is 8/20, you need to put a positive opk result on 8/19 and it'll change/keep your ov date at 8/20
