37 weeks scared to give birth bc VERY sensitive painful vagina :(

Help! My vagina is sooooo sore/sensitive IF it’s touched, like even very gentle fingering like even an inch in. It’s awful😳😭. Will this mean birth will be painful? What can I do?? It doesn’t hurt just normally but the tiniest bit of gentle internal touching feels like someone is putting a razor blade in there. I have lots of lubrication. It’s not dry. It wasn’t like this earlier in pregnancy when I could enjoy sex. What is happening??? How will I give birth? I’m 37 weeks. 🥺
