Hey, I’ve been struggling to manage my PCOS symptom. I have been on MetFormen for a while now and have just started a new birth control pill called Slynd (drospirenone) 4 mg tablets. I recently have had bad acid reflux, stomach aches and a difficult time using the bathroom. I had to swich from my last birth control due to migraines, I haven’t had them as much as I used too but I still get them. I do struggle with weight, my mom does as well. She has PCOS, and acid reflux- we have tried to manage mine like hers and has not worked. My primary doctor has not helped at all and we are 2 months from seeing a diabetic specialist. I just need to manage the systems till I can see I dr. I’m tire’s of throwing up acid and my throat hurting from it and it keeps me awake at night. I’ve also tried the over the counter acid reducer but does not help
