Random little bumps that are itchy

So for the past couple weeks Ive been getting these weird bumps( usually one) that comes and itching goes away after a few minutes and it disappears. They move spots like this is the one I have now. And I had one on my ankle that itches like hell but stopped shortly after and went away. Never had this type of thing ever and it's not a bug bite. What is this? Btw sorry for the unshaven legs

There's only ever one but the other things are prolly dings from work. The bump is actually quite raised.
