Fertility and Lube
I’m lost in the lube options. I have been doing research and I don’t want to use a lube with parabens (preseed). I also want to make sure the ph is correct. Vaginal ph is normally acidic but becomes more alkaline as ovulation occurs. I found one lube that is natural and a ph of 7 (I would think good for Sperm), the other has a ph of 4 (good for vaginal ph but would it kill sperm?)
Which one should I use to help with conceiving ?
