1 year old has covid

So we all have covid and my 1 year old is not good at all she didn't eat today anything barely drank juice and she threw up the little bit she did eat. She's super hot and idk what to do. I took my other son to the hospital and they just gave Tylenol. I've been giving her medicine yet she's still super hot and I am crying because I don't know what to do
