Do we trust these tests?

AF two days away, idk dpo we weren’t tracking this cycle. Horrible hot flashes and insomnia last night. Been using dollar store tests since I’m a pos addict. I feel like I see something? Are these reliable? Showed within 5 mins frame here’s a couple of photos for ya. TIA!x
