Implantation bleeding or start of period?!

I woke up this morning and had this blood when I wiped. I’m not sure how many DPO I am because my cycles are irregular but I know I’m atleast at minimum over 8DPO. I took a FRER and it was a BFN. Normally before I get my period I spot for a day then the next my flow starts up but normally the spotting is bright red not this dark brown colour?
What do y’all think?!
