Do you wear panty liners everyday or nah?

No, only when needed. Your vagina needs to breathe so anytime you don’t require wearing one you shouldn’t. I use Panty liners when waiting for period, and when flow slows down. But I’ve had many surgeries requiring me to wear them daily for over a month but it was not enjoyable.

I only wear them as needed. That being said sometimes I wear them just because it’s gonna be a sweaty day or because I’m more wet than usual not just for my menses.

I only wore panty liners when I first switched to cups, and if I’m trying out a new cup. So I have a box of them but use them maybe once every couple years

I wear them when I go out and let it breathe at home. I hate how underwear feel without a liner
