hoco sucks

ok so my favorite artist in the world is finally coming to

my home town for a concert and my grandma bought me four tickets for me to another friend. at the time she bought it i was with (i’m not so sure anymore) my best friend and we made a pact to go together. it’s our freshman year and our first homecoming and the concert just happens to fall on the same day as hoco and there’s no way that we would be able to go to both and i asked her to go with me despite it being homecoming and she won’t talk to me like she won’t answer any of my texts and it’s like she prioritizes going to hoco with boys more than me and it really hurts, yk? i just don’t know what to do anymore like i wanted to go to hoco but i know i’ll regret it forever if i don’t get to go to this concert. i asked another friend to skip hoco and go with me and she said she doesn’t know. am i being selfish? i just don’t know what to do anymore.
