Uti? Please read

So i got fingered 2 days ago for a long time and I peed after (duh). However I also drink a gallon of water a day and most days I find myself holding my pee. Today i went to go pee and it didn’t burn but I had physical pelvic pain. I’m not sure if this is a uti or not because I’ve never had one.

Also are utis bad? Like obviously they suck but Is it a bad thing to have one?
