I know its hard for some of us to try to conceive

I have been taking this for a month now

Trying for baby number two for two years

To help me ovulate

But if you have a regular cycle I wouldn't recommend or Suggest you take this because it will mess up your cycle this is for the ones that has PCOS and for the ones that don't have a regular cycle

I'm so happy that I ovulated this month and I have been Tracking my ovulation and ovulation symptoms this ovulation cramps ain't no joke

I got my first positive ovulation test yesterday and I took another ovulation test this morning and it was positive

I just thought this would be helpful
