Tried it messed me up so bad cycles where 200 days at time near depression and needed a lumbar puncture! This isn’t to be used if you do not have pcos or can ovulate on you own and have regular cycles! Also vitex is dangerous and you would need to stay on a high dosage of vitex till 12 weeks if you got pregnant taking this or at least get progesterone medication as stoping this if pregnant can cause miscarriage as your hormones would go so low! I do not recommend this at all

I didn't try that one but I did use Cassava pills and Pink Stork fertility gummies last cycle. I'm 6 weeks 3 days with my rainbow rn. Good luck!

Tried them twice got pregnant both times, didn’t mess up my cycle only took one a day don’t remember what was recommended, but it never through my regular 28 day cycle off and I conceived within the first month both times.
