Pcos question
For those that have PCOS and haven’t used OPKs.. how do you know if and when you ovulated. I’m on day 40 with no period. Typically my period comes around day 34/35… I’ve been testing and it looks negative but I’m having symptoms like nipples changing darker and nausea
