Dry drowning

So we took my 2 and a half year old swimming she dipped her head in the water and inhaled water I’m guessing through her nose she was holding her nose and coughing , she blew her nose and all seemed fine then my mom “dipped” her in the water she then complained about water in her nose yet again . She’s pooped after swimming maybe an hour after and with seeing so much stuff about dry drowning im practically paranoid she seems fine . I’ve searched the signs for dry drowning so I know what to look out for im just paranoid I’m borderline a hypochondriac so when stuff happens I’m not the best with not going on google and googling everything
