Odd Symptoms During Ovulation

Today supposedly is my ovulation day but these last two days I’ve woken and gone to bed with hard nipples and swollen breasts. Also I just feel crummy body wise. Bloated and stomach is upset. I did have light spotting for one day on cd 12. Today is cd 17

Anyone else have that?

Not actually testing for ovulation but in the past I have ovulated earlier than the app as stated (this is based on my last pregnancy) my cycles are normally 30-33 days and I only have 4 day periods.
