Can you get pregnant when ovulation is late?

Hey 👋🏼 Has anyone ever gotten pregnant after ovulating late in their cycles? Just wanted to see if i stand a chance this month. My cycles are usually 23/24 days long and I had my LH surge peak very late at CD17. I cant track BBT at the moment so dont know the exact ovulation date. Thanks!

Definitely, as long as your luteal phase remains long enough to support implantation. My cycles have been way off since in a chemical in April, & this past month I ovulated on CD26 of a period that is normally around 34 days, and I’m now pregnant!

I’ll let you know haha! I’m 4 days late (18dpo) but I can’t pinpoint when exactly I ovulated. And we BD’d every week after my predicted ovulation time. So now just waiting for AF or a BFP.

You can get pregnant any time you ovulate. However, the causes that affect ovulation could affect getting pregnant (whatever those causes could be) but ovulating late does not affect your chances of pregnancy.
