I know we’re not supposed to use any medicated nasal decongestants but I just can’t do it. I can’t breathe. I’ve taken allergy medicine, I’ve done saline spray/saline rinses and nothing works. I am so tired of not being able to breathe. I’ve read that it can be dangerous but the percentage is low. I can’t get into my doctor for a few more weeks and I really don’t even know what they would do if saline isn’t working, I’d assume they’d have to give me a medicated spray anyway. 10 weeks pregnant.
