Painful movement at 36 weeks or contractions?

I’ll be 36 weeks on Thursday, she’s been very active today and some of these movements have been borderline painful. Some of them feel like a mixture of belly tightening and her moving. Am I feeling contractions or just her moving

Movements can be more uncomfortable bc babies getting bigger. But also Braxton hicks cause tightening than can sometime feel uncomfortable. Contractions will be more painful. Just monitor.

Both. Im 36 weeks Thursday, the more my baby moves the more Braxton hicks contractions I get.
Not quite real contractions but def uncomfortable and can hurt.
