Vitamins or products to help milk supply?

Anyone tried any vitamins or products to help increase milk supply? I’m barely making enough and Want to try something to help

The only thing that will work is to remove more milk - the more you remove the more you make. So get baby to nurse as longa and as often as baby wants, add in pumping, or power pumping sessions. 
What makes you feel like you have low supply? 
Products claiming to do this or that is just gimmick. There they are not sold at all.

Hydration, latching more or pumping. That’s the only ways. Any product that claims to help with supply doesn’t actually work. What makes you feel its not enough? Is baby not getting enough wet diapers?

I have heard many women say that drinking Body Armor (a vitamin and coconut water drink) helps, so I have it a shot. My milk supply actually did increase after drinking one a day for several days. Maybe coincidence, but I'm going to continue drinking it. 
About a week later I also added in Liquid Gold supplements (from Amazon), and my supply has increased even more. That one definitely wasn't a coincidence because of the drastic difference it made from taking it for one day. If you take it, just make sure you also take sunflower lecithin to reduce your chance of clogged ducts.

Brewers yeast for me and lots of water. It was like 2 completely different boobs… it’s makes you super bloated though

Are you pumping ? I would add in a pump if you’re not. Then pump after your first morning breastfeeding session. And look up PUMPINGMAMAS and also on the site look for how to increase supply
