Baby shower date ?

I’m having baby #2. Same gender as my first born but 4 years apart. I am trying decide should we have a baby shower or not. My main question is WHEN. Being due in January the month before Christmas then Thanksgiving too, has me wondering when would be a good time to have one!
Anyone wanna share when they plan on having their baby shower? Since we are due around holiday season.

I’m due Jan. Our first two are boys this one is girl. We honestly don’t need anything other than diapers and maybe some clothes that we could get ourselves so I decided to do a “sip and see” instead of a baby shower or sprinkle. We don’t live near family so it’ll be virtual. But basically they can all meet her the week or two after she’s born. I did this with my second born, they met him at a month old and everyone brought diapers, which is SO much help.

Mine is September 26th because I didn’t want a October/Halloween or a November or December baby shower 😅 so at my baby shower I’ll be 25 weeks 🫢 told everyone we’re doing it so early so we could have one big party for baby shower and gender reveal ☺️ (really so I have more time to organize and buy more things 🤣)

Mine is December 3rd. I wanted it to be Nov 3rd but it was hard to find a venue for that time🥲

My kids are both January babies. Boy and girl. I remember having a baby shower the first week of December for each of them. They are exactly two years apart. If you want one, have one! If not, have a baby sprinkle!
