Ovulation

According to my opk I ovulated on day 18 of my last cycle. AF came today at 13DPO. Is there anything specific that these dates mean. Am I ovulating too late or do the numbers seem accurate to you guys. I’ve been trying for a long time and planning to see a doctor next week as soon as AF ends.
